Sony has launched the XZ3 officially. The company is not following the trend of Notch in the design and keeping the device normal and simple. The Xperia XZ3 have the 6.0″ QHD+ Display with X-Reality quality. The display provides the 2880 x 1440 resolution and 406 ppi. The Dynamic Contrast Enhancer provides the better picture quality. The design of the phone is not like other smartphones, Sony has skipped the notch design and took a great move. The screen comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and the device itself is IP65/68 water resistant.
The XZ3 runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Additionally, there’s also one microSDXC support, allowing you to expand the storage capabilities up to 512GB.
The smartphone is dedicated to providing an immersive entertainment experience and is equipped with front-mounted stereo speakers from S-Force Front Surround and Dynamic Vibration System. The device relies heavily on AI which is employed by the Smart Side and Smart Launch features
Sony is famous for its camera quality and lense. They always provide the best camera in their smartphone despite featuring a single shooter on both front & rear, the Xperia XZ3 is no slouch. The device boasts of a 19 MP Motion Eye camera along with a 1/2.3″ Exmor RS sensor, its capacity to record the videos at 4K and 960 fps Super slow motion video in both FHD and HD resolution. You must be thinking that in the era of Dual rear camera Sony is offering a Single Rear Shooter but Sony XZ3 camera have the New Bokhe Mode. Now much it is good we will know at the official launch. On the front side, you get a 13-megapixel (f1.9) shooter and this is not disclosed the quality of the camera.
In the camera segment, Sony is providing a Predictive Capture function, in that it will automatic detected the mode and capture more than One Picture so you can get the best timing.
The Xperia XZ3 is also the first device to ship with Android 9 Pie out of the box, with Sony’s user interface on top of it. The device will be available in four color variants as follow Black, White Silver, Forest Green, and Bordeaux Red. The 3,300mAh Li-Poly battery provides enough backup for a long day. Moreover, the Sony XZ3 is also featuring the Wireless charging.
The details specification and model preview will be available in the IFA 2018. Where the company is going an official lauch event for the XZ3. This is going to be the new flagship smartphone by Sony this year. It will go on sale in September and in Europe pre-orders will start soon.
