ASUSTeK Computer Inc. re-known as ‘ASUS’ is a Taiwanese multinational computer hardware and electronics manufacturer established in the year 1989. It is one the largest computer hardware manufacturer. Dealing in desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets and some hybrid devices. It has launched devices powered by Intel and Qualcomm chipsets.

2016 has been a great year for Asus and they are all set to make 2017 even more amazing by adding another jewel to their formidable Zenfone line-up, an out of the box smartphone featuring some of the most outstanding features which were never seen on any android devices. The name of that phone is “Asus Zenfone AR“.

All though Asus didn’t ha any noticeable impact on the CES 2017 but they have surely managed to grab some attention by launching few promising devices like Zenfone AR which will be the first smartphone to support both daydream and google tango which allows users to bring things into reality on their mobile screens.

All devices in the Asus Zenfone series are beautifully crafted to meet the requirements of customers. It has metal edges with an almost leathers back making it a lot lot more attractive than any of the previous zenfones.It has a large camera on the back with a sleek metal finish to it.

customers will generally think that this device will be similar to the Phab 2 that was very much bulkier and the feature of Google Tango was not introduced properly to the customers but, it’s a different story here zenfone has perfectly managed that so rest assure in this matter.

The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4 which is scratchproof as well as shatterproof till some point, this will let you use it as you please without worrying about the display.

Hardware:

According to our trustable sources, this smartphone will come with the Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 821 Quad core processor with Aderno 530 GPU and will be available in 2 or 3 variants. Which will be having either 4GB ram with 32/64 GB internal storage or 8GB RAM with 128/256 GB internal memory

If the rumours are true the Zenfone AR will become the most advanced performer becoming the first phone to feature 8GB of Ram, and users all over the world are eagerly waiting for the confirmation call for this by Asus.

This premium device comes with an outstanding camera which is a 23MP shooter that supports 3x zoom, autofocus, etc. it has a built-in sensor to measure the depth of field and it will also do motion tracking, primarily used in Google tango for customization.

The Zenfone AR comes with an impressive 8 MP front camera, which will probably capture sharp and good quality images.

Software:

According to sources, this upcoming Asus flagship smartphone will be coming with the Android 7.0 nougat out of the box which is a very good news for users because up till now not more than 2-3 devices are coming with nougat.

Although the OS will be Android 7.0, the zenfone devices run on a custom UI named as ZenUI developed by Asus itself and Zenfone AR will be coming with the latest ZenUI 3.0.

Sound Output:

This Smartphone supports every type of audio and it comes with a 3.5mm jack. It can give up to 24-bit which is 192KHz audio output which is pretty good for an android device

It also comes with sound enhancement features like DTS Headphone X, DTS-HD sound enhancement.

Battery:

As users already know Asus is a very well-known company especially famous for manufacturing quality products, same goes for Zenfones all the devices of zenfone series are extreme performers and we hope the same for Zenfone AR.

It will be coming with a massive Li-ion powered 3300mAh non-removable battery which will be a sense of relief for many users.

Is a free service started by google to help users make the most out of their smartphone. You can enable this feature and record a blank space where you can adjust views or add furniture pretty easily without any hustle. The primary function used for this mechanism is the rear facing camera.

  • Day Dreaming-

Another great feature is day dreaming which has never been found in many devices and this might be the only phone to support both Tango and daydreaming which will definitely increase their market.

Price and release date:

The price is still not confirmed but this device will most likely be coming at the range of around $300-$350 which is an assumption but we will surely update you whenever the company announces Zenfone AR’s price.

The Zenfone AR is most likely to be launched after the Zenfone ZOOM 3 which is another spectacular device by Asus, the official date is still not announced but sources say that it will be launched in the mid of 2017 or before.
